About the Author Koushiki Choudhury is a professor of management. She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University, USA. Koushiki was also a researcher at the University of California, USA and her book Managing Workplace Stress: The Cognitive Behavioural Way, was published by Springer in 2012. Her second book Finding Peace: An Oriental Quest was published by Bloomsbury in 2015.
